Two styles of message can be selected, "Short", or "Long". The "Short" style is more heavily abbreviated, and a seperate message is generated for each site. The "Long" style gathers the alerts for all sites into a single email.
The Subject of the email is always YKAlert. the "Short" style messages are numbered in the Subject, and the last message of a series also shows the total number, thus the subject YKAlert 1/1 shows the message is the first and last in a series.
The table shows the abbreviations for the "Short" and "Long" styles.
